No cart, five steps
Five steps take a worn part from your bench to a shipped replacement.
There's no checkout on this site because a part ordered blind is a part that comes back. Every order runs through the same five steps, whether it's a four-dollar D-ring or a case of comb guides.

01
Tell us the model and the task
Send the brand and model of the equipment — the clipper, the crate, the tank, the leash, the feeder, the table — and what happened to it: a blade going dull, a hinge bent, a valve stuck open. Use the contact form, call the counter, or build a spec with the configurator first if you'd rather see an estimate before you write anything.
What we need from you: the equipment brand and model, and a plain description of what wore out.
-
02
We check it against the fitting standard
Whoever is on the counter that day pulls the fitting notes for that category — blade size, wire gauge, webbing width, wattage — and checks your model against them. If we've fitted that exact model before, this takes minutes. If it's new to us, we ask for a photo of the worn part or a measurement rather than guess at a size.
What we need from you: a photo of the worn part if the model is one we haven't seen, or a measurement in millimetres or watts.
-
03
You get a firm price and ship date
Once the fit is confirmed, we write back with an actual price — not the estimated basis shown on the category pages — and a ship date. Standard turnaround runs 5–7 business days from confirmation; rush runs 2–3 business days for a surcharge we state as an estimate until the order is confirmed, never as a fixed number claimed up front.
What we need from you: confirmation you want to proceed, and the shipping address if it wasn't already in your inquiry.
-
04
We pull, check and pack the part
The part comes out of the drawer it's sorted into by fitting size, gets checked once more against the spec sheet, and goes into a padded shipping box with that spec sheet inside — the same document that proves the blade size, load rating or wattage it's cut for. Two people handle packing; nothing ships without that second look.
What we need from you: nothing further, unless your address or quantity changes before it ships.

05
It ships, and the fit guarantee travels with it
You get a shipping notice when the box leaves. If the part doesn't fit the model described in your inquiry once it arrives, our fit guarantee covers a replacement or refund — that doesn't extend to parts damaged during installation or ordinary use, which is a separate thing from a wrong fit.
What we need from you: a message within a reasonable window if the fit is wrong, with a photo of the part against the equipment.
Have this ready before you write
- The equipment brand and model, or a photo of the worn part if you don't know it.
- A rough measurement if you have one — blade size, wire gauge in millimetres, webbing width, tank litres or mat wattage.
- The quantity you need and whether it's a one-off repair or something you'll be reordering.
- Whether standard turnaround works or you need the rush estimate.
Why there's no cart between step one and step three
We see the same five jobs come through the counter on repeat: a dog clipper blade replacement bought by memory instead of by model, a snap-on clipper blade fitting sent to the wrong block, a crate door latch replacement guessed at instead of measured, aquarium canister filter media cut for the wrong tank, and a gravity feeder valve replacement that never seats. Every one of those is a return shipment we would rather prevent by asking first.
A cart would let someone order a size 15 blade for a block cut for a size 10 and find out it doesn't snap on when the box arrives. Checking fit before payment costs us a little speed on easy orders — most inquiries could probably clear in one email exchange instead of a form and a reply — but it saves the customer a return shipment on the ones that would have gone wrong. We've run it this way since 2014 and haven't found a faster method that doesn't also ship more wrong parts.
Rush turnaround exists for the 6 a.m. situations — a hinge that failed overnight, a valve that's flooding a tub right now — but it's still checked the same way. We won't skip the fitting check to hit a faster ship date; we'll just do the check faster.
